We pay great attention to every detail of the product production process and are always committed to ensuring that every link reaches the highest standards to provide high-quality products to our customers.
01
Patch
Chips and all components are attached to the board during the placement process.
02
Over Reflow Soldering
The steps of over reflow soldering include five steps: preparing soldering materials, PCB and electronic components; applying solder paste, mounting components, reflow soldering, cooling and curing.
03
AORE Detection
AORE means "Automated Optical Inspection with Reflow End", which combines Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Reflow End Inspection. It detects the integrity of the solder joints and whether there are any soldering holes, misalignments, missing parts or other quality issues. It can quickly detect a large number of weld points and generate detailed reports to help identify and solve quality problems. AORE inspection can greatly improve the quality control and production efficiency of the production line, thus reducing product failure rates and costs.
04
Power on test
The power-on test is a test method used to verify that a safety light curtain device is working properly. By observing whether the safety light curtain unit emits the correct beam of light and receives the correct reflected signal, it can be determined whether the safety light curtain is working properly. If any anomalies are detected, such as no beam, interrupted beam, or abnormal signals, the tester will conduct further inspections and repairs.
05
Assembly
Assembly includes simultaneous appearance inspection and installation of the final product.
06
Aging test
The aging test of safety light curtains is to verify that they still have reliable function and performance over a long period of time. Aging test is mainly through the simulation of the actual working environment, the safety light curtain for a long time of continuous operation and exposure, in order to detect its stability and durability under different conditions. The aging test also includes testing the photoelectric performance of the safety light curtains, such as the intensity of the light beam, range, response time and so on. By continuously observing and recording these metrics, it is possible to assess whether the photoelectric performance of the safety light curtain has changed over a long period of time. Finally, at the end of the aging test, the performance of the safety light curtain will be evaluated and the data analyzed to determine if it still meets the specified safety standards and requirements. If there is degradation or non-compliance, repair or replacement may be required.
